Customers are able to buy from us in confidence knowing that if they decide not to keep their products, they may return the products under the following conditions:

  • Items may be returned (original receipt required) for a full refund.

    • Three Dog Bakery Las Vegas will also refund the return shipping charges if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if the return is not a result of our error (you did not receive an incorrect nor defective item, etc.)

     

  • Three Dog Bakery Las Vegas must be notified via either the Product Return Form, email, Fax, or telephone.

  • The items must be received in the same undamaged condition as it was shipped to the customer, unless damaged during shipping to the customer.  Shipper must verify.

  • The items are to be shipped via a reputable shipper back to Three Dog Bakery Las Vegas (certain restrictions apply).

  • No restocking fee.
