Just like Three Dog Bakery's founding canines--Gracie, Dottie, and Sarah--our store mascots Teva, Ripley, Jasper, and Sparky and our entire crew stand salivatingly proud behind each and every treat that we bake for our dogs and yours!

Customers are able to buy from us in confidence knowing that if they decide not to keep their products, they may return the products under the following conditions:

Consumables, Food, or Treats:

Consumables, food, and treats, may be returned within 3 days of purchase if stale; original receipt required.

We cannot guarantee that your pet will like the flavor; but we do guarantee that our food, treats, and consumables are fresh, wholesome, and healthy.

Toys:

If defective, may be exchanged or returned in “as purchased” condition with receipt within 7 days of purchase.

All Other Products:

If defective, may be exchanged or returned in “as purchased” condition with receipt within 7 days of purchase.  If not defective or no receipt, in-store credit may be given.
